The purpose of this position is to prioritize emergency and non-emergency requests for Police & Fire Department assistance received on 9-1-1 and administrative telephone lines; coordinate and dispatch appropriate response to requests for assistance; provide radio and telephone communication support to Police, Fire and other city departmental personnel; perform clerical duties related to Emergency Communications.
