Salary: $64,375 to $87,385 Annually

Position Description
The purpose of this position is to oversee the response to citizens and dispatch of personnel for complaints and emergency situations within the City limits.  This is accomplished by supervising employees, monitoring work activities for quality and accuracy, performing dispatch functions, directing dispatch operations, and interpreting NCIC and TCIC policies and procedures.  Other duties include serving as a liaison to other departments and interacting with other City employees and citizens.  This position provides direction to other employees.
