A telecommunicator’s knowledge of their 9-1-1 call-handling equipment is vital to handling   9-1-1 calls most efficiently and professionally. Tarrant County 9-1-1 District is happy to provide our agencies with on-site equipment training. We feel it is easiest for personnel to learn about the equipment in their work environment, with the equipment details they will be using at their site.
