The emergency communication work environment, with 9-1-1 call takers and dispatchers, is challenged daily by the responsibility that rests with them to make potentially life-altering decisions. Emergency telecommunicators embrace contention to offer their expertise to the citizens they serve in times of crisis. Tarrant County 9-1-1 District is committed to providing training because we believe life-long learning is critical in employee development to enhance current abilities and acquire new skills.
