Tarrant 9-1-1 District offers CritiCall testing for call taker/dispatcher applicants free of charge to our member agencies. Guidelines and requests for applicant testing include:
- Testing is done online & is no longer in person.
- The test is assigned through the member agency.
- Applicants must have passed a criminal history check by the PSAP
